Grading Blogs
First, go to the website Blogging Quality Rank to rank the quality of blogs in order. Once you click on the link, you need to click on "student log in." Your teacher ID is "teriuwlax;" your student ID is the first three of your first name and the first three of your last name, and your password is, as always, "afmsafms." Once you are logged in, put the qualities of a blog in order, save your order, and click on the middle icon to compare your answers with others.
Once you have saved and compared your answers, write a short paragraph on how you believe blogs should be graded in the comment area for this blog entry.

Team: I think you should grade blogs by how the class average thinks they all relate to each other. compared to how every one answers in this class and then have another grade for the other classes.
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade blogs by how the answer relates to the question and if it is right. We should get graded lower for texting language. If there is a lot of misspelling errors that should probably get graded lower. If you use good examples from the book, it should get graded higher. If the answer shows that you know what the book is talking about and understands it good enough, the grade should be higher. If the answer goes beyond good your grade should obviously get higher.
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded on how the spelling and grammar is. If the rush and get a lot of errors they should grade lower. If They know that they spelt the word wrong but tired 0.5 higher. If they had more than 5 errors a 4, Over 8 errors a 3, over 12 errors a 2, and beyond that a 1. By now as seventh graders we should know how to fix or redo a mistake. If there's punctuation errors Should be lowered by 1.
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded on spelling and if your answer has details and proof from the book.
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade them base on the mood and what they no about that chapter
ReplyDeletei think blogs should be graded by spelling and how they dicribed the chapter and the grammer two andthey have to do good.and the words must be spelt right and then give them a 1,2,3,or 4 and we all get a different and get different grades
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded on how much they compare to the book. I think there should be a way where you can hide the other blogs until they blog so that they cant copy them.
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade our blogs on our grammar and spelling also puncuation. If some one has like a 10 word paragraph they should get a lower grade. You should try your best on the paragraphs and not rush through it. if you get a 3 or higher you should at least have 4 or more sentences.
ReplyDeleteYou should grade us by how much we know and proper spelling. Who understands the most about what they are blogging about and writes like he knows and gets it. If you try real hard and made your blog look like you tried and make it look good and right thats how you should grade us by.
ReplyDeleteI think that they should be graded on spelling and how much detail there is because if you do not work hard you should not get a grade for working hard
ReplyDeletei think you should grade blogs by how much information from the book they have in their blog and by how much sense the blog makes.

I think that you should grade them by how much they right down and if they have miss spelled words
ReplyDeleteI think you should grad blogs of how much they have written down and how good you think they have been studying.I also think its how good they are.
ReplyDeleteI think it should be graded on quality, and if your actually writing important parts of the story and not a whole bunch of random things that aren't important.

ReplyDeleteYou should grade blogs on how much they are related to the book. Also if they should be more then one sentence. If they have good or bad spelling in them. If they are badly detailed or barely related to the book they shouldn't get a high grade. If the blog is just from older blogs put together, then they didn't do the work, so it should be a lower grade.

ReplyDeleteIt should be graded by length, how much on topic it, and spelling. how are our blogs graded any way if they are graded at all.
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade them bye if they even do them and if they do capitals and periods and if they even use sentences and I think that you should make sure its about the topic and if they are spelling correctly.
ReplyDeleteI think we should be graded on spelling, proof, and how actually really important they are.Mostly because people could be just not reading the book and skimming threw it.Also you should check similarities some people might be copying off others.
ReplyDeleteI think if I was the teacher I would grade blogs to make sure that the kids were bloging about what they were so post to be bloging about. I would make sue that they had at least one sentence maybe two and that it was good. I would also make sure that the sentence was spelled correctly and on topic.
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade them by how they relate to the chapter and the spelling. Also by if they are done and how they explain and go in to details.
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded on spelling and how much sense they make.
ReplyDeleteI think that there should be more book grading
ReplyDelete
I think you should grade on how much detail they give you!!
ReplyDeleteI think that you should grade blogs by how much they not just rout but how they did it like did they use the correct spellings and by how much they worked on it and to see if they were fooling around or not cause that means that they did not do the work and that means they don't really need a good grade but that also means that they don't really pay any attention to what you told them.
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded on examples from the book to support what you have, and w=how well you use your grammar and spelling.
ReplyDeleteI think blogs should be graded by correct spelling, grammar, if the answer is in order from the question, puncuation
ReplyDeleteI think blogging should be graded on spelling and neatness.
ReplyDeleteI think that grading on a blogs should be based on how neat, spelling, and how much info they put in from the book about what is going on
ReplyDeleteI think you should grade how good the blog and spelling
ReplyDeletethe blogs should be graded by how much you worked on the topic and how long it is,and by how well your spelling is and how you used your grammer.
